Presentation of 42mm Micro-Perforated Aluminum Adhesive Tape
Filtering adhesive tape designed to be applied to the edge of your multiwall polycarbonate sheets in order to prevent the intrusion of insects, dust, and other impurities.
The micro-perforation allows airflow, helping to evacuate condensation and any water infiltration inside the cells, thus preventing blackening and/or greening. It also promotes the expansion and contraction of the air trapped inside, which helps ensure the long-term durability of your multiwall polycarbonate sheets.

Usage
Simply apply the adhesive along the thickness of your sheet in order to seal the cells. Do not apply on a wet surface.

Remove dust from the surface and inside the cells (ideally using compressed air) and then degrease the sheet.

Remove the protective film and attach the grey adhesive side to the first face, carefully following the guide markings on the tape: the white section corresponds to the part that should be positioned on the edge, while the grey sections adhere to the sides.

Fold the micro-perforated tape over the edge to stretch it properly and fully close the polycarbonate cells.

Repeat the process by sticking the second grey section onto the last face of the sheet, making sure to leave no openings so as to prevent the intrusion of pests or impurities.
